How to reset your password
Step 1: Go to the password reset page
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue:
You will receive confirmation that an email has been sent:
Step 3: Check your email
Locate the email titled 'Reset your password' and click on the reset password link provided.
Step 4: Update your details
Enter the new password. Type in the password again (for a second time) under Confirm Password. Click Set new password to finish.
