About Cookaborough profiles
When you sign up for a Cookaborough account, you can connect with local food businesses, browse menus, place your pre-order, and enjoy delicious, ready-made meals conveniently delivered to you.
Cookaborough also supports eligible customers to access rebated meals through Support at Home (previously Home Care Packages) funding or NDIS Plan.
To sign up for a Cookaborough account, you will be asked to enter an email address.
Why do I need an email address to order meals?
To use Cookaborough, each customer needs a unique email address. This is because your email is used to:
- Log in to your Cookaborough account
- Receive order confirmations and reminders
- Access important information about your meals and deliveries
If you're ordering meals for yourself, your email helps ensure your account is secure and your orders are correctly tracked.
What if I don’t have an email address of my own?
If you wish to sign up for a Cookaborough account but don't have an email address of your own, you may still be able to sign up using one of these options:
Option 1: Get help from a family member or friend who uses email
If you have someone close to you who has an email address, you can ask them to help by receiving emails on your behalf. If they agree, you can use their email address to sign up.
This means any emails sent to you from Cookaborough or the food businesses you connect with (including menus, order confirmations, etc.) will go to their inbox, and they’ll need to share that information with you.
Option 2: Contact us for assistance
If you don’t have an email address or access to one, that’s okay. You can contact Cookaborough Support or speak to the food business directly, and we’ll help set up a profile so you can still receive meals.
Can two people use a shared email address to sign up for Cookaborough?
If you share an email address with another person (e.g. a partner) and they already have a Cookaborough account, you can't use the exact same email address to sign up.
However, if your shared email address is a Gmail address (e.g. the address ends in @gmail.com) then you can sign up with a Gmail "alias address".
How to sign up with a Gmail "alias address"
- Start with your current Gmail email address (e.g. [email protected])

- Add a plus (+) sign and then additional text, or a number, before the @gmail.com part.
For example, if your Gmail address is [email protected], you could use:
This allows you to set up a separate profile while still receiving all emails to your original inbox.
